Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay, and I still appreciate their friendliness. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Air conditioning not functioning well during warmer nights!!! More noise-proofing needed to reduce disturbances from other guests!!! Also, it would help to have clearer signage for breakfast to avoid confusion!!!

Clean room, good shower pressure. Breakfast was chaotic, and some food items ran out quickly.

We had a fab one-night stay! The dog-friendly vibe was a huge plus. It was spotless. Loved the comfortable double room with a sofa bed, perfect for the family! The location was super convenient, too, right...  

Great for families traveling!

Had a solid stay here! The staff were super chill and really helped me out since I brought my baby and hubs. They even hooked me up with a microwave for baby food and stored our milk, which was awesome. Oh, and the breakfast had some tasty options. The only hitch? The parking fee felt a bit unnecessary.

Can just recommend for a weekend jaunt

Clean room, convenient location, with a lovely bar/lounge area providing a welcome drink that made our stay even better. additionally, the Wi-Fi was solid, and we appreciated the flat-screen TV for our downtime....  

Had a great stay with friends! We loved visiting the beautiful cathedral and walking alongside the River Exe. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the fast, free Wi-Fi – perfect for streaming...  

The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, and the friendly staff made check-in easy. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was inadequate for the chilly weather.

I loved my stay, especially the cozy double room with a comfy sofa bed and the delicious breakfast that was a perfect start to my day. The hotel had a great TV room and a lovely lounge area that made it easy to relax. The only thing was that the bathroom door was a bit odd, but it didn’t bother me much. Definitely consider coming here for a chill stay! 😊
